Apricot Cobbler

Drawing inspiration from Jordan's Childhood in Bulgaria where Apricots are plentiful this is a VERY unique flavor unlike anything else out there! We start with Apricot Ice Cream, then add hand sliced dried Phillipine Mangoes.
Once it is churned, we add California Pecans and whip in some delicious Apricot and Pineapple preserves! The Ice Cream is finished with Graham Cracker cookies for textural contrast and complexity - making this the most labor intensive flavor, and hands down one of our best.
